1) Operation plan

- MBO planning / Performance reporting

2) Monitoring & Evaluation

- Finance monthly review report, Eficiency plan, Action plan follow up

3) Contract documents

- Legal review & follow-up on Contract issue

4) Budget

- Annual budget planning/ monitoring

5) Others

- Monthly invoice issue (ASC, BSC, etc)

- Client issue follow up (inc. scheduled outage,

- performance evaluation)

- License issue (Specialized Environmental

- construction business license)
